NDKC Student Leaders Shine at KULAY PACSA 2025: Leadership, Innovation, and Bayanihan in Action

The student leaders of Notre Dame of Kidapawan College, Charisma Joy S. Enumerables, SSG Secretary, and Rogelio “Toto” Distor, CTELAN Governor, successfully represented the institution at KULAY PACSA 2025 held on November 26–29, 2025, guided by Sir Rico E. Nonles, OIC-Director.

Representing Mindanao in Extemporaneous Speaking, Charisma Enumerables secured a Top 3 national ranking, showcasing her eloquence, critical thinking, and confidence.

The convention, themed “Key to Transformative Leadership: Unleashing Tech-Driven Mindset, Learning from Collaborative Action, Amplifying Progressive Voices, and Yearning for a Bayanihan Spirit,” featured sessions on leadership, digital innovation, and planetary governance. Delegates also took part in Social Night, Team Building, and Cultural Night, celebrating diversity, camaraderie, and Filipino creativity.

The delegation also explored cultural and historical sites in Baguio and Manila, drawing inspiration from their rich heritage. Adding to the event’s prestige, Sir Rico E. Nonles served as one of the judges for Mr. & Ms. PACSA 2025.

Overall, the experience strengthened the students’ leadership skills, broadened their perspectives, and deepened their commitment to collaborative, innovative, and service-driven leadership for their communities.
