On June 5, 2026, the NDKC-IBED faculty gathered for the Homeroom Facilitation Seminar and Orientation on Homeroom Modules, a meaningful learning experience designed to help teachers better support and guide their students. The seminar provided valuable insights and practical strategies that educators can apply not only in facilitating homeroom sessions but also in navigating the everyday realities of the classroom with confidence, empathy, and care.

We are deeply grateful to Ma’am Lucita Sunshine G. Balucos, MAGC, RGC, MPSY, RPsy, for generously sharing her expertise and inspiring our teachers to view the homeroom program as more than just a classroom activity. Through her guidance, it became a reminder that homeroom is a space where meaningful connections are built, where students feel seen and heard, and where Marist values come to life. As we continue to grow as educators, we remain committed to learning, improving, and becoming the compassionate mentors our learners deserve.
