The Junior Institute of Electronics and Communication Engineers of the Philippines – Notre Dame of Kidapawan College Chapter joined the JIECEP SOCCSKSARGEN 13th Student Summit held last September 22-23, 2023 at Notre Dame of Dadiangas University in General Santos City.
Other colleges and universities which participated the two-day summit included Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU), Notre Dame of Dadiangas University (NDMU), Notre Dame University (NDU), Sultan Kudarat State University (SKSU), Mindanao State University (MSU), and Notre Dame of Midsayap College (NDMC).
The summit was packed with exciting activities like seminars on Internet of Things (IoT) and Martronix, and various competitions such as robotics, quiz shows, data analysis, and promotional video presentation.
The JIECEP-NDKC Chapter embraced the spirit of competition, showcasing their skills and determination throughout the events. Hence, they were hailed as champions in the fiercely contested Sumobot Robotics Competition and in Promotional Video presentation, while the contenders in the Line Follower and Datathon landed in the 3rd place.
Indeed, NDKC LEADS as the delegates had proven their technical acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities as they brought home the bacon!
