NDKC Holds Free Hug Campaign for World Suicide Prevention Day

NDKC Holds Free Hug Campaign for World Suicide Prevention Day

To mark World Suicide Prevention Day, the Guidance Office and Peer Facilitators of NDKC spearheaded a Free Hug Campaign on campus. The initiative aimed to spread love, kindness, and compassion while fostering a supportive community.

More than just a simple gesture, the campaign carried a deeper message—that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. With the Peer Facilitators leading the activity, students were reminded of the importance of looking out for one another and prioritizing mental health.

The Free Hug Campaign served as a symbol of hope and solidarity, leaving a meaningful impact on the NDKC community. NDKC remains committed to promoting mental health awareness through initiatives that inspire kindness, empathy, and care for others.
