NDKC Celebrates Assumption Day and Holds Institutional General Assembly
The Notre Dame of Kidapawan College (NDKC) community gathered on August 15, 2026, at the Br. Norman Roy Gymnasium for the celebration of Assumption Day and the Institutional General Assembly.
The celebration began with the praying of the Holy Rosary, followed by the Eucharistic Mass presided over by Fr. Hipolito “Pol” Paracha, DCK, bringing the NDKC community together in prayer and thanksgiving as they celebrated the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The Institutional General Assembly followed, providing an opportunity for the NDKC community to come together, reflect on the institution’s journey, and receive important updates from the different offices. The program featured reports from the Administration, Academics, and Research, as well as a keynote message from Br. Arnel S. Alfanta, FMS, NDKC President.
The gathering also included presentations and intermission numbers from members of the NDKC community, fostering a spirit of unity and fellowship.
Through the celebration and assembly, the NDKC community was reminded of the importance of faith, shared mission, and working together as one institution, guided by Marist values and united in its commitment to the NDKC mission.
