PEER FACILITATOR INTER SCHOOL SEMINAR WORKSHOP
Peers Powering Peers Celebrating Diversity, Strengthening Support, and Growing Together
Student leaders and peer facilitators from different schools came together for the 2nd Peer Facilitators Inter School Seminar Workshop on March 21, 2026 at the Br. Norman Roy Gymnasium of Notre Dame of Kidapawan College.
With the theme “Peers Powering Peers Celebrating Diversity, Strengthening Support, and Growing Together,” the event focused on helping students support one another, appreciate differences, and grow together.
The seminar was more than just talks. It became a space where students shared ideas, learned from each other, and built connections. The invited speaker, Ms. Lucita Sunshine G. Balucos, RPsy, RGC, discussed topics like peer support and promoting diversity and inclusivity. Her sessions reminded everyone how important it is to listen, understand, and support fellow students.
The event was attended by participants from the following schools:

• Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology
• Southern Baptist College
• North Valley College Foundation, Inc.

Participants also enjoyed interactive activities and team building sessions led by Ms. Carel G. Caoile, MAGC, RGC, together with the Guidance Team. These activities helped everyone feel more comfortable, work together, and build new friendships.
Throughout the day, the venue was filled with energy, laughter, and meaningful conversations. It showed how students can make a difference by simply supporting one another.
In the end, the event reminded everyone that being a peer facilitator is not just about skills. It is about care, respect, and helping others feel heard and valued.
Through this initiative, Notre Dame of Kidapawan College continues to support student growth and promote a caring and inclusive school community.
